It’s about Self-Coaching around your newly created Goals to avoid distractions and overwhelm. It’s about Self-Coaching, tracking, and refining your Goals to work for you so in 3 months time you will have not only attained your Goals but have a visual record of how you achieved them. From there you can set new goals and look back at what has and has not worked for you in the past to help you train better and smarter around your new set of Goals. This is how we train.
